Hibo

[16/11/2024] – We are delighted to announce that the short documentary “Hibo”, directed by the talented "Ali Saher", has won the (Best Short Documentary) award at the "Babylon International Film Festival" .  

The film, completed at " Film Lab Scope 5 for Post-Production Services" , takes audiences on a remarkable journey into the world of solar photography. It explores its components and mechanics while reflecting on the memories captured by solar photographers. The film sheds light on the significant challenges these photographers faced, both in the past and present, highlighting the evolution of this art form with its positives and negatives.  

In his acceptance speech, Ali Saher expressed:“I am deeply honored that ‘Hibo’ has been recognized at the Babylon International Film Festival. This achievement would not have been possible without the incredible efforts of the team and the technical support provided by Lab Scope 5. I hope the film continues to share its message and inspire audiences worldwide.” 

This win is a testament to the high standards of Iraqi cinema and the critical role played by " FilmLab Scope 5" as a specialized platform for post-production support.
